Guest supplies
NextStay purchases and pays for standard guest supplies and consumables included in the Complete plan.
One-time property setup
$550Required for either plan. Includes professional photography, listing launch preparation, property onboarding and guest-experience setup.
Compare plans on WhatsApp →Cleaning fees are separate from the co-hosting percentage. In the 15% plan, the owner pays for guest supplies. In the 20% plan, NextStay pays for standard guest supplies. Platform charges, repairs and replacement items are not included unless stated in a written property agreement.
